• Payment Processing: Donations made through our website are processed through third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for any errors or issues related to payment processing.

• Refunds: Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe there has been an error with your donation, please contact us within 3 days of the transaction.

• Tax Deductibility: Please consult a tax advisor for specific tax advice.

 

3. Renting Opportunities

• Application: To put your item for rent with us, email us the item images and following details

  • Item Name

  • Item Description

  • Renting Price per Day

  • Estimated Age of Item

  • Security Deposit (Refunded upon Return)

  • Owner’s Phone#

  • Owner’s Email

  • Owner’s City and State

• Liability: StuffBud is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during renting activities, except as required by law.

• It is the item owner’s responsibility to determine the reasonable security amount for items and ensure it is collected prior to handing over the item to the renter. Also, if 

• the item is returned in acceptable condition, the item owner is expected to return the deposit. 

• It is the item renter’s responsibility to review renting details and not rent if the security deposit seems too high. 

• Item owner and renter may agree to meet in a mutually agreed public place to exchange the item.

• Failure to adhere to these policies will result in your account cancellation.

• Ownership: All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by StuffBud or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• Use of Content: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
