After using the item for the decided duration, the customer should return the item as per your listing.

Ensure you are keeping enough advance to cover your costs and return the advance if the item is returned as expected.

I am unable to reach the owner of the item, I do not want to keep the item since I really needed it just for one time use.As mentioned in Terms & Conditions, this situation can arise. So you should not agree to pay a really high security deposit. This is a negotiation between you and the owner. Please try contacting the owner again, and if after repeated attempts you can reach the owner, contact us at info@suffbud.com and we will look into discontinuing the owner.
